I need to upgrade the operating system on my phone. I do not want a new phone. My financial institution said that I have to upgrade to a 7.0 system or higher. I need help with this. Thanks
Android 7 came out 4 years ago. If your phone is too old to even have that version, nothing Verizon can do about it.
