basic visible voice mail

I have a druid turbo and i have basic visible voice mail set up on my phone but when i get a voice mail it is only voice.  It does not type the message.  What do I need to do?

To get a transcript, you might have to subscribe to the premium visual voicemail. Voice Mail Comparison | Verizon Wireless

sterling1320, we want to be sure we're both on the same page. To clarify, you'd like for the voice mail to transcribe into text once it is received so you don not have to listen to the voice mail correct? KleoL_VZW
