when i bought it today i could go online i have 4g but all of a sudden it just stopped working and i cant go online or use the my verizon app it says no data connection when i try to use anythingr anyone know what to do ??
Same. Seems that this problem has happened before to others but I personally have not seen it yet. I have tried restarting, putting it into airplane mode and back to data, and a few other ideas but I guess we just have to wait now. It appears that the data is down but still giving signal.
Glad to hear it isn't just my phone; I stopped receiving data yesterday,I just called Verizon Support; she had me take the battery off my phone and reinstall it, turn it back on and it is working again,

Are you referring to an Older Flip Razr with a Removable Battery! Or the Current Razr's Now if it's the one that is out Now the Battery is not Removable!! b33
