Cannot Redeem Gift Card

I am unable to redeem my $50 gift card for my FiOS service. I have tried the website, the app, none of it works. Out of the hundreds of other complaints just in these forums dating back several years, this issue should be fixed by now. I expect a remedy within 48 hours. I should not even have to post in this forum for this topic. It is clearly intentional and is false advertisement.
