Verizon Fios Gift Card

Hello,
I have two Verizon gift cards ($100 each) as a reward for signing up for Fios. I have tried clicking Redeem on 3 different browsers on my computer and also on the My Fios app., and every time, the page goes blank. I can see from a Google search that this seems to be a common problem for people. Almost leads me to think that Verizon makes it intentionally difficult to redeem these so that they can offer sign up incentives without having to actually pay them out.
Any support on this would be great.

Same problem. No one can help. I was connected to the rebate center several times. No one answers that phone number, sat for an hour on the ride to work on hold.
