Upgrade link broken

Trying to upgrade a phone on my plan through the My Verizon app. When I click "upgrade" it goes to a 404 page.

MARSPI82, let's make sure that you're able to upgrade without any problems. Can you please try uninstalling and re-installing the app? If you let us know what kind of phone you have, we can give you the specific steps to do so.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have tried on the website. I have tried using a different device. I still get a 404 error.

Please follow the steps listed here to uninstall the My Verizon app: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-306028/ Once you've re-installed the app, please let us know if you run into the same trouble. Also, do you encounter the same issue when accessing My Verizon through a browser instead of the app?
