I work at Apple, I recently opened my own verizon account about 6 months ago, and I got offered a discount on my bill (being an Apple employee) so I ofc took advantage of it. It’s called a Sales Maker Discount. I purchased a bundle deal on Nov 17th (iPhone 16 Pro, iPad and Watch) well, the person I was going to gift this too decided on not wanting it. So I was going to return it within the “30 days”. I was advised to go to the store I purchased from directly (which was a corporate store) and they wasn’t able to accept my return because I had a SM Discount. They said I needed to return it online. Ofc no problem, they sent me a link to print the labels out and opened the link, trying to print them off, but no. I can’t print the labels off, because it doesn’t allow or show my devices as able to be returned. …the person who gave me my order at the store, never input that I picked up my devices, therefore it says I don’t have them, when I technically do…. so i can’t print anything off, i’ve been sent labels to my house 3 times now, never received them. I’ve called customer service 5+ times, i’ve spoke to managers, leads, several people. NOBODY. can fix my issue. I need help, this is going on 2 months and i’m continually being charged for this.
