Error notification Maximum attempts tried for Order Status

It has been a nightmare trying to open an account as a new customer. Was finally able to and ordered my phone, however I'm not running into this error message when I have tried to make sure everything went through. I only checked twice before it cut me off.
How am I supposed to check my order and the status of my phone number being ported over? I have tried calling several customer service lines and nobody can give me an answer.
