iPhone 16 Pro Not Shipping

I’m a new customer to Verizon so I don’t have an account number yet. I put in an order for 3 lines with Verizon but have only received 2 out of the 3 phones. The 3rd phone, an Apple iPhone 16 Pro is for myself and it says it hasn’t shipped yet even though it was supposed to be here with 2 day shipping. I ordered it 5 days ago. I’ve called customer service and after hours on the phone no one seems to have any answers or know why it hasn’t shipped. I’m going to need this phone soon since my other plan is ending.
Any help would be appreciated!
