So i would like to know how verizon approves me for service i go into a store pick up the device with doing an upgrade leave ad then go to work when i get off i notice that my numbers were suspended call in and fraud says they can verify my identity. which is insane to me considering i went into the store and physically got my device. so now my iphone 16 plus is on a blacklist and they refuse to give me my money back who can i send in the copy of my reciepts and document evidence to get my phone removed from this list? they also say that my phone was written off to a collection agency.
