MyVerizon Log in without phone

How can I log into my account with a non-functional phone?  My phone is broken and I want to verify billing details.

Resolution Update: After partnering with support, we reviewed the options available based on your specific account. There are different methods that we have available to verify and gain access. For the security of our customers accounts, once those options are exhausted, a store visit may be required.

For those who cannot log into their account and need to make billing changes, these forums will not help.  I was not granted access to my account, only had a CS rep willing to make non-billing changes on my behalf.

If you have access to a desktop or laptop you should be able to log into your account using a browser.  Or, if you have a trusted friend, you could use their phone to access your account via a browser or the MyVerizon app if they have it.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...
