I am not about to waste another several hours writing the entire issue here; but, long story short I did a promo to upgrade (I was going to go with another carrier) and yal offered an iPad or Apple Watch with upgrade. I upgraded 2 phones and added 2 lines for 2 iPads. Order was picked back due to inclement weather; then another month goes by and I checks manta been cancelled. S/w an agent who stated those colors were on back order but they should’ve just re-indtsted order not cancelled. She supposedly reinstated order. Supposed to get in 6 weeks. Called back, still supposedly on back order. This has gone on for months. And I was told not to turn in my old phones until I get the iPads and everything is worked out. Supposedly sent to escalation dept; hours long convos. No return calls as promised. I’m at my wits end and I expect this will be handled. Customer well over 10 years and still it is disappointing experience. I would’ve done with the other carrier if I wasn’t offered this promo.
