Phone service disconnected despite timely payments

My phone service has been cut off every week for the past three weeks, despite timely payments. Three Weeks in a row and I'm charged each time.
I’ve spent 2 hours today trying to reach support online and by phone, but have had no success. I've tried calling 611 and the 1800 number but you can never get a live person.
This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I switched from Sprint after five years, and I’m now seriously regretting that decision. I'm done!

We are sorry to hear your service is being interrupted, I can certaintly get how frustrating that can be since we use out phones for everything. We appreciate you making payments to your account. In order to secure your service, a payment arrangement has to be in place prior to service being interrupted. If no arrangements have been set, your account will need to be brought current in order to restore service. You can make a payment anytime online at vzw.com or by dialing #PMT from your phone.
