I just honestly cannot understand what is going on with the rewards redemption system. I now have ANOTHER issue, & the other issues weren’t solved. My account is saying to redeem a gift card, I click the link & it brings up another customer’s information?! How is this possible under my account? 😩
I had the same thing happen. Now the offer has disappeared!
