outstanding employee at corporate store

I had a team member go above and beyond and I want him to have the proper recognition he deserves.  Who do I write to, I already notified management.

Hopefully one of the Verizon reps who check these forums will pass that feedback along, but you can also look up the store in question on the store locator website (it's the Stores link at the top of the forum page) and use the reviews link for that store to leave your comments.
