Verizon customer service is the worst. I mean the worst of the worst. I thought Cox & AT&T disrespected their customers and then I tried Verizon. From the start the experience was a convoluted mess of online sign up, dropped chats, dropped calls, new agents, different promotions, and still not getting it right.    I am currently over 7.5hrs in on a chat with customer service in regards to a billing/promotions issue. I called 2 times before regarding same issue. Both times, I was assured it was corrected. It was not. Customer service bounces you around until you get tired of it and give up. This company is vile and makes me sick to my stomach dealing with them.  

STAY AWAY!  STAY VERY FAR AWAY!
