I have a promise to pay set for Oct. 11th but my service was still disconnected today! Why all of a sudden with a promise to pay do you shut off my service? My son walks to and from school and needs his phone in case of an emergency. And I work 2 hours away from home. So it’s not easy knowing anything could happen to either of us. I honestly need to know why you shut off our phones even with a promise to pay already set up. I’ve had Verizon for almost 2 years now. And I’ve never wanted to switch carriers more than what I want to now SINCE YOU CANT EVEN WORK ANYTHING OUT WITH A LIVE AGENT WHEN YOUR SERVICE IS DISCONNECTED. 😡

We hate to hear that your service was interrupted and understand the urgency of staying connected, especially in regard to our children. I apologize that you encountered this issue and will be reaching out through Private Note to investigate what caused this issue.

Staying connected is incredibly important to us. Depending on when the payment arrangement was set up, it's possible that collection treatment could continue. If your services are interrupted due to past due payments, we're only able to restore service once we receive the full past due balance.
