No Connection

In Douglas, AZ, Cochise County, there is almost no connection more than 3/4 of a mile away from the Verizon store.

For those familiar with Douglas, AZ the Verizon Store has 4-bars of 5G, Circle K (3/8 mile) has 3-bars, Post Office (2/3 mile) has 1-bar, outside the Gadsdon Hotel (2/3 mile) 3-bars of 4G.  Police Department (3/4 mile) NO SIGNAL.   Beyond the Police Department, No Signal.

The staff at the Verizon store know there's been a problem for at least a week but have no details on when it will be resolved.

I advised them to send an e-mail to all the local customers acknowledging the problem and send another once the solution is scheduled.

This is a 100% failure in customer service.

chuckchambers, I'm sorry there's been some connection trouble in the area. If there's been some issues, that's something we can troubleshoot together. I've sent a Private Message so we can help with that and get started.

Is there any estimate of when this will be repaired?

We are still paying for weeks of no contact.  Is there any kind of refund for problems like this?
