Had wonderful service at one time. Live and work in the same area and I can’t get on the Internet at work, which is 42 1/2 hours a week. At home, I have to be on Wi-Fi because now I don’t have no service. How do I go from having great service in the same location to not having no service in the same location!!
I know that a drop in my service coverage would be a concern I would share as well, King9size. There are a number of factors that can impact the wireless signal, and I am here to help. When did this issue first start happening? Does this primarily happen indoors, outside, or both at both home and work? Can you share with me the nearest cross streets and city where you experience this issue?
