Canceling Service and Perks

I have been trying since last fall of 2024 to cancel my service and perks, and each month, Verizon puts my perks back on. Each representative I spoke to would give me a $20 credit and tell me to look at my bill on my app to see the credit but its suppose to be $36 credit. I am at a loss of what to do. I even called Netflix for help, and they could not do anything. The salesman when I bought my phone this fall of 2024 talked me into it when I already had Netflix, but he added a Disney bundle and Netflix Premium. I tried to cancel it two days later, and it has been canceled up to the current date, 3/27/25.   One month there were two charges for 2 Netflex premium and one with adds, and another month Netflex with Netmax and Disney bundle...I am so fed up that I am going to hire a lawyer. I am reporting to the FCC and BBB. If I want these add-ons, I will do it myself through the business itself, not Verizon. This is causing me stress every month to the point of breaking down and crying.  I want to leave Verizon, but they have me locked in with contracts....... I am furious!!!!

Cancel Perks

Disconnect Your Service (totally call it quits)

If you are currently under contract under MyPlan, that deal requires you to have at least one perk enrolled.  You can always get out of a contract, but it'll cost you a lot of money.  If you have an existing Netflix subscription straight from Netflix, and are being double billed for Netflix through both Verizon and Netflix, I would cancel the direct subscription from Netflix with whatever process they use for canceling subscriptions with them.
