I’m a Verizon retiree and since leaving Verizon my 25% discount appears in the estimate but when my bill posts it isn’t there. I’ve called dozens of times, have two open tickets, yet, no one seems capable of resolving it. Maybe there is some conflict on the plan but I only have two lines and am receiving a device credit. Anyone have this issue and have luck resolving? 25 years with VZ wireless but I’m close to leaving.

Hey there, Stevezx, we're so glad you've been with us for the last 25 years and appreciate your hard work. You mentioned your discount shows in an estimate. Can you let me know what estimate you are referring to? What plan are you currently using? Did you see your retiree discount previously?

You mentioned you're receiving a device credit monthly. From reading numerous posts in the forums, discounts and promotions are not stackable. You'd have to choose between staying on the current device deal and receiving the monthly credits, or breaking the contract so you can get the 25% retiree discount.
You must know more about the inner workings of Verizon than I do, but something tells me if you leave the contract you're going to be forced to pay off the remaining balance on your device plus possible early termination fees.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
