Chat told me there is no way to get ahold of senior mgmt. Verizon, you guys fail hardcore. Reference ticket*****. Hopefully someone high up will see this complaint which ive had for over a month and no resolution. Lots of times transferred or disconnected. Going to USCellular and will cross the bridge of being charged for a phone I never received when we get to it.

Also, told me that an investigation showed i received the phone from FedEx. I never did, nor did I ever sign for anything like you are supposed to with a phone. I have my one phone and that is it. All I have ever had. Fix my bill. Should be 100. Not 1600 or 40p

That investigation they said u will hear back in 3-5 days. I never heard anything. And then I was told today another 3-5 days.

I know how frustrated it can be for me when an issue goes unresolved, OblivionICC. It sounds like this is regarding an outbound shipment to you that is showing as received, and it certainly sounds like you didn't receive it. I would be happy to take a look into this.
