Fraud charges

Hi, not sure. Where else to turn? Someone hacked my account and ordered an iPad before Christmas. And I have been dealing trying to get the charges taken off since then and just had to eventually pay for it before they turn my service off.  Does anyone have any suggestions.. And it is still on my bill that I will have to pay 27 extra dollars a month Just for the service.
