I keep having to sign in with my password. Biometrics will not work at all. I've tried selecting the setting but it just reverts back to signing in
If you mean that the My Verizon app will not let you sign in with biometrics, yes, others have reported that biometric sign-in is not compatible with My Verizon.
Try updating your device or re-add your fingerprint.
