Text Message not being sent

I have a Samsung s22 Ultra and just switched back to Verizon. On some of my text messages they are not being sent to the recipient. Mostly it is stuff like sending STOP to a company that I no longer want to receive texts from but one was a co-worker and another is a neighbor. It is just saying it is unable to send the texts.

Is your S22 losing service completely at times for unexplainable reasons, where it will only work when it is on WiFi?
