$300 sound bar offer

I recently signed up for Verizon Home Internet and was eligible for the $300 off promotion on a Verizon Stream TV Soundbar. Unfortunately, the redemption process has been completely broken.

Each time I attempt to redeem the offer, the page only displays a checkbox to accept the terms and conditions. It then instructs me to “select one of the soundbars below,” yet nothing ever appears to select. I have tried redeeming through the Verizon app, as well as on Chrome and Safari, and I’ve cleared cache, updated software, restarted devices—every attempt leads to the same result.

I have contacted multiple Verizon agents, and despite spending significant time explaining the issue, there has been no resolution. At this point, I would expect Verizon to provide a direct coupon code or another workable solution.

It is extremely disappointing to sign up under the promise of this promotion, only to be met with technical issues and no clear path forward. I simply want Verizon to honor its own offer and provide the product as advertised - for everyone!

Adding to the frustration, the internet service itself was unusable for the first few weeks after installation  which makes this experience even more discouraging.
