I switched from TMobile to Verizon back in August. This was during their promo of paying off your old device. I have had to go above and beyond to get the email to send the other information they needed to contact someone that continues to give me the run around. No one ever calls me back and all around Verizon I’m super disappointed that you make it this difficult for your customers to actually receive your promotions.
